1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the BNB AI Trader service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Service Description

The Service is an automated cryptocurrency trading bot that executes trades on the Binance exchange using API keys that you, the User, provide. The Service does not custody your funds. All funds remain in your own Binance account at all times. The Service operates algorithmically based on configurable strategies and may place, modify, or cancel orders on your behalf 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your Binance API keys, your account credentials, and any device or network through which you access the Service.
You MUST generate API keys with trading permissions only. You must NEVER enable withdrawal permissions on the API keys supplied to the Service.
You are responsible for monitoring your account and trading activity, including positions, orders, balances, and the behavior of the bots you enable.
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance and for complying with Binance's minimum notional and other exchange-imposed requirements.
You are responsible for tax reporting, accounting, and regulatory compliance related to your trading activity.

4. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading is extremely high-risk. You acknowledge and accept that:

Past performance, historical backtest results, and win-rate statistics DO NOT guarantee future performance. Markets can and do behave in ways that no algorithm can anticipate.
You may lose up to 100% of the capital allocated to the Service, including all profits and all principal.
Automated trading systems can misbehave, produce unexpected outcomes, or be affected by network, exchange, or infrastructure outages.
Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and may move sharply in a very short period of time.
The Service is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or dealer, and nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice.

5. Liability Limitation

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UPTIME, OR PROFITABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATORS OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You understand that you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

6. Binance Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Binance's Terms of Service, API Terms, and any other rules, policies, or restrictions imposed by Binance or by the regulatory authority of your jurisdiction. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance. If Binance suspends, restricts, or closes your account, the operators of the Service bear no responsibility.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service, including features, bots, strategies, supported trading pairs, pricing, or these Terms themselves. Continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including (without limitation) for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disabling your bots, revoking your API keys on Binance, and requesting account deletion. Provisions relating to liability limitation, risk, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

9. Governing Law
